STRENGTH TRAINING (12-18)

September 25 – NovemBer 16th

Strength training sessions that are broken down into two, four week cycles. Athletes will cover topics such as: posture, CARs, athletic body positioning, core awareness and proper muscle engagement. 

Ages: 12-18 You are 12 as of Dec 31.

Objectives

Have fun, to gain understanding of how the body works, to learn how to remain injury free and to be able to recognize good body posture in our peers.


First 4 Week Session

Running Pick Up Logistics
3:10pm: GTSSF Office

Driving to Teton Canyon and take it to Sheep Bridge
